The integrity of Equity Advocates LLC security and confidentiality in terms of record keeping, and our client’s rights to privacy regarding personal information is critically important to us. We recognize how important your trust of our company is to you in deciding whether or not to allow us to serve you. We want to assure you that we value the opportunity to demonstrate our on-going commitment of safekeeping the privacy of our customer data.
At Equity Advocates LLC, we understand the sensitivity and importance of protecting the privacy of our client’s personal information and documentation. In the course of fulfilling our duties to serve you, information and specific documentation will only be requested by our employees as they relate to the legitimate business purposes for which the information is requested. Any personal records such as social security numbers or personal identification, or other specific information that relates to you, will not be divulged in any way to any other source or entity other than official government agencies or legitimate and/or licensed companies or their agents as required to complete the business at hand, unless required by law.
Equity Advocates LLC promises that all information received from its clients will be held in the strictest of confidence. For tax purposes and other legal reasons, all records obtained by our office will be retained for a period of seven years. After seven years, these records will stored electronically in an off-site secured location and any duplicate paper records will be destroyed.
We administer 24 hour security in all records retention areas. Equity Advocates LLC is a member of the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Canal Winchester Area Chamber of Commerce. |
